::  What to bring to your sessions  ::

Thank you for your registration!

Here's a CHECKLIST for you and your kids so you can be properly prepared for the training sessions.


  1.  DRESS FOR THE WEATHER!!!
    We are in a wet, cold climate so dress appropriately.  A rain jacket is recommended.  Sunscreen and hats for summer time.

  2. Bring both soccer cleats and running shoes for different surfaces.  Turf shoes usually do well for all conditions and surfaces.

  3. Shin guards for soccer camps and optional for Speed and Conditioning Camps.


  4. Bring water or a sports drink for hydration.

  5. Bring a plastic trash bag to place your backpack in in case of wet weather.

  6. Bring your own soccer ball.

  7. For sessions that last 2 hours or more bring a snack.
