Boot Camp Report:

  • Bryan Shiraishi One of our Soccer Fit Boot Camp participants (a Boeing engineer) brought his heart rate monitor and it said were covering over 3 miles of soccer specific fitness with and without the ball in a 75 minute training sessions.  This is an incredible statistic.  Where else are you going to get soccer fitness like this?

  • Dawn Green after here first day reported:  Chochi - Thank you so much for having this camp available to adult soccer players. I regularly attend a women's adventure bootcamp and consider myself to be in pretty good shape.  I was really looking forward to the soccer specific exercises and and was not disappointed at all!  It was a great workout I sweated like crazy, but felt great, also I burned over 700 calories, and took 6700 + steps during the exercises according to my Bodybugg calorie management system. That's roughly 3.5 miles!  Your camp is challenging and I have no doubt that after the 6 week camp my game will be greatly improved too!  I will definitely be talking to all the other "soccer mom's" I play with as well as the parents on my children's teams too!
    Really looking foreword to next week's camp...
